Add a handful of dried chamomile herb, add it to hot water, leave it in the refrigerator to cool overnight. Soak a cotton pad in this cold mixture and apply it to your eyes.

You could also freeze chamomile tea bags and place them on your eyes. Wash it off after a few minutes with cold water. However, if the condition persists, visit a doctor as dry eyes could indicate some other serious medical condition.
