Do Not Compromise a Good Quality of Sleep
Sleep deprivation or lack of sleep elevates cortisol level, which can cause inflammation and damage our skin cell. Did you know that it is only during our sleep that our body regenerates? Therefore not having enough sleep can slow down its ability to repair damaged cells because it eliminates the rise of growth hormones which we need in our regeneration period. You can try having a good sleep for at least 6 or 7 hours. But best if you have it for 8.
