Celebrities, such as Kourtney Kardashian and Scarlett Johansson, are big fans of apple cider vinegar. Once Kim Kardashian joined the organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar brigade, and since then its popularity has gone through the roof.

ACV is a wellness staple that can be used for a range of health issues, right from soothing a sore throat to fixing indigestion. No wonder, it is regarded as a natural health solution.  It is also touted as the best weight loss aid as it helps curb hunger. The combination of crushed apples, yeast, and bacteria, can work its magic on your health. Not all of the benefits are endorsed by research, although ACV contains a whole lot of antioxidants and probiotics that are great for your gut health.
