Guess Who Is Joining The Cast Of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel?
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime is already making waves, winning hearts and awards alike. And now to enchant us a little more, actor Sterling K. Brown is joining the cast. To quote the This Is Us actor, “I’m eastward bound, going to do a little TV show. Maybe you’ve heard of it? The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. [Executive producers Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino] were kind enough to write a little something for your boy and I said yes. So, stay tuned. I’m getting together with Midge and it’s going to be awesome.”
Since then, netizens have been speculating the exact meaning of “getting together with Midge.” Well, we might only know when the next season starts, so till then, we have to sit tight. It would come as a surprise though since the season 2 finale had ended on a good note for Mr. and Mrs. Maisel. Despite having a bad start, Joel Maisel is finally coming around, and the couple had their moments in the second season. The finale was especially good because it seemed like a sort of reunion between the two.
However, we won’t be surprised if Brown does play her love interest because that might make things more intense for the couple and who knows, they might get back together again by the end of season 3. Apart from these speculations, the other thing that we can do is hope that Brown will grab another Emmy for his performance in the show. Both Brown and Mrs. Maisel seems to be the favorite of the Emmy Awards, so it might just happen. In 2018, the Amazon show got eight Emmy awards, hence we can’t wait for season 3 to be announced since we are already quite smitten by it.
