One of the best possible and natural ways to beat anxiety is to do those things that you have always loved. Anxiety can totally stress you out but remember that you are in control of your mind and body, so make the right choice by choosing to distract yourself and do the things that you have always enjoyed.

If you like playing a certain sport, call a friend or a family member and ask them to play with you, if you love watching movies, then go ahead and grab some popcorn. If you love outdoors then go out and walk your dog in the park. This way, you could manage your anxiety and make yourself feel better. Last but definitely not the least is to reflect. Identify the things that make you feel anxious, it is best to write it down. Then think of positive things you could’ve done. Like for instance, you feel anxious because you think you couldn’t stand in front of so many people, simply think things that would make you get over it like the sooner you do it the better, and that once you have done it, you’ll feel so relieved. It may not be that easy but think of all the positive outcomes.
